Artist's Description

Wooden Mast at Baywood Park Barbara Snyder

Baywood Park is located just south of Morro Bay in San Luis Obispo County California.

The Morro Bay area is one of California's great tourist area with Baywook Park, Los Osos to the south and Cayucos to the north. It is just a few miles south of the Big Sur coast that also includes San Simeon, home to the world famous Hearst Castle.

This skiff is sitting in the very back of Morro Bay Harbor. The area is great for kayakers, paddle boarders and small sailboats. The water is very shallow and during extremely low tides there is no water at all.
